This kind of approach works if you've got a large contact base in current renters that you want to convert to buyers. This Client was also a property manager, so she had an evergreen resource for new clients.

  This Mortgage Banker worked in an area where people had credit problems that they thought would stop them from buying. She worked to help people resolve their issues and qualify for a loan. She often took an educational approach that offered respect to the potential client.
